We offer a flexible cancellation policy for our guests. Cancellations made 48 hours prior to the standard check-in time will receive a full refund. Cancellations made within 48 hours may be subject to a one-night retention charge. For special events and group bookings, please refer to your specific contract terms.

Standard check-in time is 2:00 PM, and check-out time is 11:00 AM. Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and may incur additional charges. Please carry a valid government-issued photo ID (Passport, Aadhar Card, Driving License) for registration.
